Workshops and Image Reviews

Travel With Me

One of the best parts about being a full-time wildlife photographer is helping others love what I love - time behind the lens creating extraordinary images and experiences with the birds and animals we love.

I prioritize YOUR photography when I'm teaching, which is why I love small group workshops—I can tailor my time with you to work on any skill you're looking to enhance.

I am pleased to be working with Backcountry Journeys for all of my upcoming workshops, and feel free to email me if you have any questions about the offerings!

Image Reviews & Private Coaching

Seeking out feedback on your photographs is one of the best ways to grow and develop your work. Friends and family will always love what you show them, but unbiased feedback from a fellow wildlife photographer who understands the nuances and skills required for each of your photos is critically important to that growth.

As a working professional, I routinely seek out portfolio reviews with photo editors at magazines or publications and attend image reviews regularly.  I am pleased to offer that kind feedback for hobbyists and aspiring pros alike in my private image review sessions.

I'll review your choice of 5 to 10 wildlife photography images and make a video recording providing in-depth, detailed feedback about each image. Or, add on a Zoom call with me (also recorded for you to keep) for live feedback.

Interested in customized sessions? Book time with me at an hourly rate. Some of the most common requests are for help with Lightroom skills, organizing images, customizing your camera setup, or learning better low-light photography skills.
